Detailed Information
Hannah has the ability to seem wild on the outside, but she does come from a family of performers. Inside, she is sometimes shy but that rarely comes out. She doesn't drink often, though she loves going clubbing anyway and he usually ends up driving everyone home. She plays the trumpet in a jazz band (She has NO dancing ability, unlike her mother and grandmother), simply because it's strange to see a little white girl up there, tootling away and that amuses her. She's incredibly good at it too, though she tends bar at the same jazz club in order to make ends meet. She has several close friends, mostly those who work with her at the bar, and she laments being single.
She is still single, because she fears that getting close to someone will mean endangering her family. She is head over heels in love with her best friend, Nicholas Rowland. Nicholas doesn't realise this, much to her dismay, but she would never initiate anything with him herself.
Physical Description
Hannah is of fairly average height say 5'6", and she's a bit curvy but that's never bothered her. She likes that she's quite womanly. She dyes her hair blond, in honor of the blond bombshells of yesteryear though she leaves her eyebrows dark. When not playing her trumpet, she'll go overboard on the makeup at times because she's quite into burlesque culture, thanks to her great-grandmother.
Personal Information
She lives alone in a small apartment, but only five minutes from her mother's house. It's a lovely place, and it opens out on to a small balcony, which is her favorite place to sit and read. She collects strangely coloured furniture and is very proud of her yellow sofa, green armchair, and pink bar stools. She also has purple foot rests!
Backstory
Hannah's great-grandmother was Kitten Taylor, a burlesque dancer in New Orleans. Her grandmother was a very pretty and outgoing thing, and she loved the stage and the stage loved her. She was encouraged by her mother and in that vein, she encouraged the one daughter she had to be in show business as well. Hannah's mother didn't have as much success. She acts in a local threatre troop, leads ghost tours around the French Quarter, and she teaches drama to school kids twice a week.
Hannah's mother, Faye, married young and dramatically. She grew up (a little), her husband didn't. They divorced when Hannah was seven, though the split was amicable and they still get along. Hannah's father, Theodore, is incredibly fun to be around. Especially when he's with his two brothers.
Hannah remains very close with her step-great-aunts and uncles, who just so happen to be vampires! She knows their secret, and protects it with her life. She gladly donates blood for them, and she knows she is always safe with them.
